PropertyFiles is designed for the Real estate industry. PropertyFiles records all information that prospects downloads and is designed to help with REAA compliance. PropertyFiles will save you a lot of time from manually emailing information. It will also help you identify hot prospects and automatically grow your database.
Can buyers download information anonymously?
No, buyers cannot download information before registering their name, email and phone number first.
How do I know when someone has registered?
You will get an email notification each time a buyer registers.
Do I have to sent information to prospects?
No, PropertyFiles send the information to prospects automatically.
How can I manage the access level for documents?
When you load a document you can set it to either Secure, Register, or Public.
'Register' is the default setting when you upload a file, meaning prospects must submit their name, email and phone number to be able to access it.
'Secure' is for sensitive information such as Builders Reports which you may want to hold back until you qualify the prospect. When a file is set to secure, prospects must first register, then click the 'request access' button which will send an email to you to click 'allow access.
'Public' is for files you want to make available online without collecting any buyer information.
How do I notify prospects when a file changes?
All prospects who have registered on a listing will automatically receive an each update each time a file changes.
This is designed to help agents with their disclosure obligations and to ensure all prospects have the most up to date information.
Is there are limit to file size or number of files I can add?
No, you can load as many documents as you like and there is no size limit.
How long does a listing stay live on PropertyFiles?
Listings stay online indefinitely.
When I disable a listing, can Prospects still access information?
No, as soon as you disable the listing it is removed from public and all links to the files on the server are disabled, even the email links that prospects have received while the listing was live.
