Activity Reports – Property Files

Each Monday morning an activity report email is sent to all agents, showing all registrations and downloads over the past 7 days.

Agents use this as a call back or prospects call list as they see that buyers who are downloading a lot of files are likely to be active buyers.

Understanding Activity reports

What does ‘Guest Download’ mean?
If a prospect registers then forwards the email to another person who then downloads a file, that activity will display as a ‘Guest Download’
